About Us
Axe & Kettle is an independent, women-led digital marketing agency working across luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and homeware brands. We bring together brand, creative and performance thinking to help premium brands drive meaningful, measurable growth while protecting long-term brand value. Our work spans paid media, brand and content strategy, SEO, email and digital experience, and we work closely with clients as an extension of their in-house teams. We care deeply about clear thinking, strong relationships and delivering work that genuinely moves brands forward, without the usual agency fluff. As a team, we value curiosity, collaboration, transparency and creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported and able to grow.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join our performance team, managing key client accounts and driving paid social strategy across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other paid social platforms, with a basic understanding of Google Ads and wider paid media channels. This role goes beyond channel execution. We’re looking for someone who is commercially curious, strategically minded and confident communicating directly with clients. You should be comfortable looking at the bigger picture across performance, customer behaviour and wider business performance, not just individual platform metrics. Creative thinking is also a key part of the role. As paid social platforms continue to evolve, particularly with Meta’s increasing focus on creative as a primary performance driver, we’re looking for someone who understands what makes effective creative for paid social, particularly within luxury, fashion and premium brands. You should feel confident reviewing creative performance, feeding back on what is and isn’t working, and briefing new creative ideas and testing approaches collaboratively with clients and creative teams. We’re also looking for someone who is excited by how AI and automation are changing the industry and is actively exploring ways to use new tools to improve efficiency, insight, reporting and creative thinking. We still believe strongly in strategic thinking, human judgement and brand nuance, particularly within luxury and premium brands, so we’re looking for someone who can thoughtfully balance both. Experience working with premium, luxury or fashion brands is highly advantageous, alongside an understanding of the balance between brand protection and commercial performance. You’ll work closely with our Head of Performance and the rest of the A&K team to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work across a portfolio of exciting brands.
