This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for a marketer who can generate, nurture, and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities. We’re looking for someone who combines strong digital execution with commercial awareness, someone focused on performance, revenue, and continuous optimisation.
We are AXD, a specialist B2B marketing agency. We are a small team and are proud to have global clients, including some of the world's largest technology companies. We are now entering our next stage of growth, and this position will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and delivering measurable results for our clients.
The Role
- Driving lead generation for AXD and our clients, supporting early-stage sales activity
- Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, LinkedIn, social, web and content
- Managing targeted email marketing, including cold outreach, nurture sequences, and list segmentation
- Writing high-converting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
- Building and optimising landing pages to improve conversion rates (CRO)
- Managing and improving SEO and website performance, including keyword strategy
- Running and optimising paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
- Tracking performance using UTM tracking, and analytics tools
- Monitoring and improving ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign performance
- Producing monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations
- Working closely with senior leaders to ensure marketing leads convert into qualified opportunities
- Continuously testing (A/B testing) and optimising campaigns to improve results
- You will own performance and be accountable for delivering against KPIs and revenue targets
About You
- Around 4+ years’ experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation and supporting sales pipelines
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
- Solid understanding of SEO tools and keyword research
- Experience with analytics and tracking (GA4, conversion tracking)
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), landing pages, and A/B testing
- Strong experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools
- Excellent copywriting skills for performance-driven campaigns
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and optimise spend
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on sales outcomes and ROI
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams
- Experienced in implementing marketing processes and procedures
- Proactive, accountable, and focused on delivering measurable results
- Experience in B2B marketing agency environment
- Experience working closely with sales teams or in a sales role
- Degree in Marketing or Business
