- Be available Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.
- Be confident managing behaviour and dealing with challenging situations.
- Be comfortable supporting secondary-aged pupils across different classrooms and year groups.
- Be proactive, resilient, reliable and confident using your initiative.
- Be able to travel reliably to WN6.
- Have an overseas police clearance certificate for any country where you have spent six months or more within the last five years (where applicable).

Reliable travel to WN6 is essential.
Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the school consistently.
Who Would Suit This Role?
This position would suit someone who is confident, assertive and approachable, with the ability to build trust while maintaining clear boundaries.
You must be comfortable working in a busy secondary school environment, adapting to different situations and managing behaviour without becoming overwhelmed.
This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
