We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Post-19 learner with autism at a welcoming and supportive educational setting in SW18. This is a full-time role, starting immediately, with the potential to transition into a permanent position following a successful probation period.

You will work closely with teaching and support staff to promote independence, learning, and personal development in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Details:
  • Location: SW18
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Pay: £89–£95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience
  • Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting individuals with autism or other SEN
  • Patient, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Two professional references
