Axcis Education is currently recruiting unqualified Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Birmingham. This is an immediate start role, with strong potential to continue into the next academic year. About the Role
This is a full-time Teaching Assistant position, working Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm). Pay rate: £14.25 per hour.
- Support children aged 4–11 years in a primary school setting
- Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Provide personalised, one-to-one and small group support
- Build positive, meaningful relationships with students
- Help create a calm and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements

- Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
