The Role:
As a Trainee SEN Support Worker, you will work alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals to support pupils both in the classroom and during wider school activities. Your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
