Pay Rate: Β£92.00 – Β£109.00 per day

Job Type: Full-time – Term Time Only (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Contract)

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Deliver small group interventions to reinforce learning and key skills
  • Support children with engagement, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
  • Adapt activities and resources to meet individual needs
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive relationships
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff, and families
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare

Who We're Looking For:

  • A patient, positive, and reliable individual
  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, coaching, or similar)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
