As a SENDCO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the support and guidance they require to reach their full potential within the school environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of effective SEND provision, working closely with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to ensure that individual needs are identified and met.

Previous experience as a SENDCO is essential.

A thorough understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Fully enhanced DBS clearance
