We are recruiting a Class Teacher and a PE Teacher to join our specialist ASD school from September.

Our school supports students from primary to sixth form with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs. Classes have up to 8 students and are supported by 3–6 Teaching Assistants.

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:15

Start Date: September 2026

Location: New Addington (CR0)

Essential Requirements:
  • QTS or QTLS
  • Enhanced DBS and references
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to support physical, sensory, and behavioural needs
  • Willing to provide personal care
Desirable Experience:
  • ASD and/or SLD experience
  • PECS, AAC, visual schedules, and Now & Next boards
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Team Teach training
  • Supporting behaviours of concern
  • Understanding sensory needs
  • Working with pre-verbal learners
