We are seeking a dynamic, student-focused Mainstream Teacher to join our thriving community school in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction across the national curriculum, fostering an inclusive, safe, and motivating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Year [Specify] students, aligning with the National Curriculum and school’s academic targets.
- Implement differentiated strategies to meet the varied needs of learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.

- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a mainstream primary/secondary setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proven track record of improving pupil outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational abilities.
Desirable
- Experience with the latest educational technology and blended learning approaches.
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g., PGCE, MA Education).
