November start | full-time | term time only | temp to perm From Β£92.63 per day (PAYE) Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated learning support assistant for a specialist post-16 college in Bromley.
The role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
- Support learners during vocational courses, life skills sessions, and classroom activities
- Encourage communication, social interaction, independence, and positive behaviour
- Support community-based learning and employability programmes
- Provide personal care where required
We're looking for
- Experience in education, care, support work, youth work, healthcare, or SEND settings
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence supporting young people with additional needs
- A genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential
