Your job role will be a Learning Coach providing safeguarding, behaviour management, and a trusting relationship for students to grow educationally, independently and as young people in the community, focussing on their self-esteem, engagement, and communication.
The provision is growing their team and has a great reputation in Exeter. They also have fun activities which as a learning coach you will be part of, including community support, school trips, and 2 half-days of P.E in the local Gym. They follow the national curriculum, but classes are mixed ability. Class sizes are small, independence is key here, giving students the opportunity to manage emotions and build spirits as they step into independence after school.

The ideal learning coach will be looking for a long-term job role with the enthusiasm to progress in the company, come from a sporty background and have experience within SEND or mental health. Being a driver is an advantage, as you can lead community trips 1-1 in your car, but this is not essential.
