We are currently recruiting for a KS1 Teacher job in Epsom to join a welcoming Primary Academy and Nursery catering for children aged 2–11 years, starting September 2026. This is a full-time KS1 teaching role (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm), ideal for both an experienced Primary Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop their career in a supportive and inclusive mainstream school.

KS1 Teacher Role:

  • Full-time KS1 Teacher position in Surrey / Epsom
  • Full classroom responsibility within Key Stage 1 (KS1)
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
  • Supporting pupil progress, attainment and development
  • Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and SLT

KS1 Teacher Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent – essential
  • Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs
  • For experienced teachers: previous experience in a UK mainstream primary school
  • For ECTs: completed placements within a UK primary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passion for teaching within Key Stage 1
