The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, including Autism and communication needs.
- Assist with personalised learning plans and classroom activities.
- Support emotional regulation, positive behaviour strategies, and social development.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and active participation in learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENDCo, and the wider specialist provision team.

Requirements
- Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEND Teaching Assistant, or Learning Support Assistant (essential).
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Autism, SEND, and SEMH needs.
- Be patient, resilient, proactive, and adaptable.
- Have excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
