Are you creative, resilient, and passionate about helping young people who need a different approach to learning? We are looking for full-time and part-time assistants to join a highly supportive SEN college environment for students aged 11–16 with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
About the Role:
- 1:1 and small-group support across academic, emotional, and social learning
- Facilitate forest school, arts, outdoor learning, and therapeutic activities
- Support students with trauma-informed strategies in a calm, consistent way
- Work alongside teachers, mentors, and therapists to meet EHCP goals
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in SEND, SEMH, youth work, or creative education
- Adaptable, patient, and confident in non-traditional, outdoor settings
- Great at building trust with young people
- Background in arts, drama, music, outdoor education, or therapeutic practice is a plus
