Learning Support Assistant – Hayes (UB3) Salary: £89–£95 per day (PAYE, depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision in Hayes. You’ll support students with a range of needs, including ASD, PMLD, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties. Key Responsibilities: • 1:1 and group support across Primary and Secondary sites • Assistance with personal care and manual handling • Behaviour support and creating a safe learning environment • Working closely with teaching staff to meet students\’ needs Requirements: • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one) • Patient, empathetic, and reliable • Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer: • Supportive team environment • Ongoing training and development • A chance to make a real difference
