CARE WORKERS WANTED – SCHOOL SETTING
Axcis Education is currently recruiting experienced care workers to support children and young people within a school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, patient and dedicated professionals who want to use their care experience to make a positive difference to children's lives and education.
The Role
- Providing personal and emotional support to pupils
- Supporting children with additional needs and/or disabilities
- Assisting pupils with their daily routines and personal care where required
- Supporting mobility and physical needs
- Helping pupils access learning and participate in school activities
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff
- Promoting pupils' independence, confidence and wellbeing
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Care Worker, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or similar
- Experience supporting children or young people is desirable
- A caring, patient and compassionate approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional and committed
- Comfortable working in a busy school environment
Essential Requirements
- Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service
- Relevant care/support experience
- Right to work in the UK

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
