Axcis Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching assistant that is able to work flexibly across schools in Hereford.

The role includes being on standby to go into work on selected days 8:30-4pm during term time only, with an immediate start date.

You will be able to choose which days you are available to work, great for someone seeking a role around other life commitments, work, childcare, education.

You would receive notice the day before or day of work so is best suited to a driver or someone very comfortable and confident on public transport.

Once in setting you could be supporting a child 121, or general help with students around the school, likely covering another staff member that is off on holiday, with sickness or for training.

You do not need direct experience working in a classroom setting, however we would need to know you are able to work with young people, so experience in a support role, coaching, care setting etc., is beneficial.
