Are you a passionate and dedicated BSL (British Sign Language) Communication Support Worker looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for multiple BSL Communication Support Workers to join a welcoming and supportive all-through SEND school in the UB3 area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting deaf and hearing-impaired students to access learning and fully participate in school life.

The Role:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
  • Working hours: 8:30am – 4:15pm
  • September 2026 start
  • Β£96–£100 per day (dependent on experience)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or young people, ideally within an educational or SEND setting
  • Level 2 or above preferred and the ability to communicate confidently using British Sign Language
  • Experience providing communication support for deaf or hearing-impaired students
  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and promoting inclusive learning
