Axcis Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a local school, supporting children in EYFS. This is starting in September, with the view of continuing through the academic year and is based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s development and making a positive impact in education.

About the Role
This is a full-time Teaching Assistant position, working Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm). Pay rate: £14.25 per hour.
You will:
- Support children in EYFS, who are four years old
- Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Provide personalised, one-to-one support
- Build positive, meaningful relationships with students
- Help create a calm and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
- A passion for supporting young people
- Experience using verbal, visual and concrete resources to communicate
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
