1:1 Teaching Assistant – Post-19 (SW18)

1:1 Teaching Assistant – Post-19 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Post-19 learner with autism at a welcoming and supportive educational setting in SW18. This is a full-time role, starting immediately, with the potential to transition into a permanent position following a successful probation period. You will work closely with teaching and support staff to promote independence, learning, and personal development in a positive and inclusive environment. Key Details: * Location: SW18 * Start Date: Immediate * Pay: £89–£95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience * Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday Requirements: * Experience supporting individuals with autism or other SEN * Patient, reliable, and proactive approach * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) * Right to work in the UK * Two professional references If you are passionate about supporting young adults with additional needs and helping them achieve greater independence, please apply by sending your CV
