About the Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil with Autism at a welcoming school in Clapham Junction, starting this September. The school offers a nurturing, inclusive environment with thoughtfully designed sensory spaces to support student wellbeing and focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 tailored support to a pupil with Autism.
- Collaborate with class teachers and SEN staff.
- Support emotional regulation, sensory needs, and engagement.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting SEND students, particularly Autism.
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
