What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with young people, offering emotional and practical support.
- Building positive relationships to help them develop confidence and resilience.
- Supporting individuals with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
- Encouraging participation in educational and recreational activities.
- Assisting with crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed.
- Liaising with teachers, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best support for each young person.

What We’re Looking For:
