Position Overview: We have a fantastic SEMH Secondary school in the WN5 area looking for a long‑term teaching assistant to join their team in September. The school is a large secondary setting supporting children with a range of SEMH and behavioural needs. Class sizes are small and the majority of pupils are accessing Key Stage 2 and lower Key Stage 3 curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Support the behaviour and learning of pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience supporting SEMH and challenging behaviour.
- Preferably experience in an SEMH, PRU or alternative provision setting.
- Full‑time availability.
- Enthusiastic and bubbly personality to engage with the children.
- Reliable commute to the WN5 area.
- Working hours Monday‑Friday 8:30am‑3:30pm.
