About the Role
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support staff, you will help children in the Early Years Foundation Stage access their learning, develop confidence, and build strong foundations for future success. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include supporting small groups and individual pupils, assisting with play‑based learning activities, promoting positive behaviour, and helping to create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment.
