We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision in Hayes. You’ll support students with a range of needs, including ASD, PMLD, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- 1:1 and group support across Primary and Secondary sites
- Assistance with personal care and manual handling
- Behaviour support and creating a safe learning environment
- Working closely with teaching staff to meet students' needs
Requirements
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Patient, empathetic, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
