We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1‑1 support for a non‑verbal learner with severe learning disabilities in a sixth‑form setting in Uxbridge.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00. Start: Trial day required before placement.

Responsibilities

  • Providing consistent 1‑1 support throughout the school day
  • Supporting communication and engagement in learning activities
  • Assisting with personal development and wellbeing
  • Working closely with teaching staff and support teams

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEN (PMLD/complex needs preferred)
  • Patient, reliable, and caring approach
  • Ability to work full‑time hours
  • Enhanced DBS and references required

This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
