Your Role:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, providing targeted support.
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment.
- Support pupils across core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and social development.
- Monitor pupil progress and behaviour, feeding back to the teaching team.
- Collaborate with staff to contribute to the wider school community.
