Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties.
- Assist students with additional needs, including autism, physical, and sensory disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support students with personal care routines, fostering independence and dignity.
- Use specialist equipment and follow individual care plans to meet students’ needs.
- Build positive relationships with students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Experience working with SEND students, particularly those with severe and complex needs (preferred but not essential).
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Willingness to assist with personal care and use specialist equipment as required.
