The Role
- Delivering 1:1 and small group Mathematics learning for students working below age-related expectations.
- Planning, delivering and assessing learning.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents.
Ideal Candidate
- Competent with Mathematics subject knowledge
- Has experience tutoring or teaching Mathematics on a 1:1 and group basis, including SEND learners
- Demonstrates strong relationship building skills, particularly for students with SEND
- Passionate, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
