Early Years Educator – Full-Time (8:00?am – 3:30?pm) Location: Teddington, Greater London Salary: Paid to scale

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate activities that support the Early Learning Goals and the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive environment, promoting wellbeing, positive behaviour and effective communication.
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress, sharing insights with families and senior staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety.
  • Contribute to staff meetings, CPD sessions and the continuous improvement of the setting.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a nursery or reception setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
