We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a welcoming primary school in Clapham.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a primary school setting
- Support inclusion and access to the curriculum under the direction of the class teacher
- Assist with behaviour, communication, and learning strategies
- Contribute to monitoring and recording progress and wellbeing as required
Requirements
- Experience working with children with ASD or additional needs preferred
- Patient, nurturing, and able to work well as part of a school team
Working Hours
08:45 – 16:45, Monday to Friday. Term-time position.
