About the Role
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to pupilsβ individual needs
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver inclusive and therapeutic learning experiences
- Build positive, trusting relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and understood
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management through strategies that promote self-awareness, resilience, and respectful interactions
