An all-through (ages 4-19) special needs school in Uxbridge (London Borough of Hillingdon) is currently recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team, with flexibility to work across primary and secondary key stages.Key Details: Role: Provide dedicated support to students with a range of learning disabilities (including autism) in small class settings, helping them access the curriculum, manage behaviours, and develop social and life skills. Ideal Candidate: You should have either: Personal experience supporting individuals with autism or similar SEN, or Professional classroom/school-based experience working with students who have autism or other special educational needs. Start Date: As soon as possible after successful DBS checks and references. Working Hours: 8.30am-4.00pm (full-time, term-time) Contract: Temporary with a pathway to permanent.
