About the Role
The school is seeking a Medical Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. You will be providing both educational and care-based support to pupils with medical and complex needs, ensuring they can fully participate in school life. Your role will include:
- Assisting pupils with medical and personal care needs (full training provided).
- Supporting students in the classroom and during practical activities.
- Helping to implement individual learning plans.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social interaction.
About You
