We are currently recruiting for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a lovely, inclusive mainstream primary school in Sutton. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am β 3:30pm), ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners in a welcoming and supportive school environment.
The Role
- Supporting the class teacher within a KS1 classroom
- Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
- Supporting pupils with their learning, development and engagement
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a UK primary school is essential
- Confident supporting KS1 pupils in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive and supportive approach
