We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Experienced SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Teacher to join our inclusive community in Sutton, London. As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Creatively adapt the curriculum to ensure engagement and progress.

- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed records of students' progress and development.

- Continually develop your pedagogical skills and knowledge in special needs education through ongoing professional development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a SEND Teacher with a track record of facilitating academic and personal growth in students.
- A valid teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
- In-depth understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and empathetic interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
