We are looking for a flexible and reliable special needs teaching assistant to provide daily supply support in a secondary school in Reading. This role involves working with pupils who have severe challenging behaviour and complex needs, including non-verbal students, and may include some personal care.

As a daily supply TA, you will step in to support pupils throughout the school day, helping to maintain a safe, structured and supportive learning environment while working closely with school staff. The role runs during school hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday as needed, and offers a daily rate of £89.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with SEND experience, or a strong interest in supporting young people with additional needs, who is adaptable, calm under pressure and confident working in a variety of classroom settings.
