We’re working with specialist SEND settings across Reading who need experienced SEND Teaching Assistants for part‑time daily supply work. This is ideal for someone who thrives in specialist environments and wants the flexibility to choose when they work. You’ll be supporting children with complex needs, so confidence, experience, and a calm approach are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Assisting pupils with complex learning, physical, and communication needs
  • Supporting emotional regulation and sensory activities
  • Delivering personal care with dignity and professionalism (required)
  • Adapting quickly to different classrooms and school environments

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
