Axcis Education are looking for subject Tutors to work in a variety of settings and locations, such as Salford, Manchester, Tameside and surrounding boroughs.
Pay rate: £25-£55 per hour subject to experience
Location: Greater Manchester
About the Role:
- This role is to be based either at public settings or at schools
- This is a flexible role; hours and days are subject to candidate and student needs
- Roles are available immediately for the right candidate
- Supporting students from primary to college ages - candidate preference
- This would be a fantastic position for a tutor gaining experience, university student or QTS teacher.
You would be supporting students who:
- Have been absent from school due to EBSA needs
- Require 1:1 intervention sessions to boost knowledge
- Attend both mainstream and specialist provision
- Require varied learning strategies
- Have personalised learning programmes or EHCPs
What We Are Looking For:
- Fantastic relationship building techniques
- Good understanding of core subjects such as Maths, English and Science (we welcome additional specialisms)
- Previous SEND experience with children and/or adults
- Effective strategies to support pupils
- A flexible and proactive attitude
