Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SLD, PMLD and complex physical/medical needs
- Assist with sensory programmes, communication systems and structured routines
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, following teacher and therapy guidance
- Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning activities
- Support pupils with medical routines, mobility and personal care as required
About you:
- Experience supporting complex SEND or medical/physical needs
- Confident using sensory strategies, communication aids and visual supports
- Calm, patient and able to follow therapeutic guidance
- Strong teamwork skills and a nurturing, pupil-centred approach
