Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with SLD, PMLD and complex physical/medical needs
  • Assist with sensory programmes, communication systems and structured routines
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, following teacher and therapy guidance
  • Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning activities
  • Support pupils with medical routines, mobility and personal care as required

  • Experience supporting complex SEND or medical/physical needs
  • Confident using sensory strategies, communication aids and visual supports
  • Calm, patient and able to follow therapeutic guidance
  • Strong teamwork skills and a nurturing, pupil-centred approach
