SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism & Communication Needs – Stratford-upon-Avon

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon. Contract: Full-time, term time. Pay: £90‑£100 per day (PAYE).

The Role

• 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism
• Use visual timetables, routines and sensory strategies
• Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement
• Work closely with teachers and therapists
• Help create a calm, structured learning environment

About You

• Experience supporting autism or communication needs preferred
• Calm, patient and consistent
• Comfortable supporting SEND pupils
• Available Monday–Friday
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
