Role Overview: Special Needs Teaching Assistant ?? Location: Reading ?? Start Date: January 2025 ? Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday ?? Pay: £83.40 per day (with a pay increase after 12 weeks) Your Day-to-Day: Offer personalised support to students with diverse needs such as autism, severe learning difficulties and social or emotional needs. Assist with personal care while maintaining a respectful and dignified approach. Build trusting connections with students aged 4-18 to foster a nurturing environment. Work flexibly across different classrooms, adapting to various ages and abilities. * Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to
