We are seeking a dedicated and patient special needs teaching assistant to join a supportive SEND school in Eton Wick, working full-time with primary-aged pupils who display challenging behaviour. The role involves providing consistent, structured support to help pupils feel safe, engaged, and able to access learning, while working closely with teaching staff to create a positive and calm classroom environment.
The role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, build strong relationships with pupils, and adapt strategies to meet individual needs. The position is Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference for children with additional needs in a primary school setting.

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
