Axcis is looking for a full‑time Psychology Tutor to work in an alternative specialist setting near Totnes in the South Hams region.
About the Role
- Deliver bespoke lessons to pupils in Key Stages 3‑5 on a 1:1 basis.
- The role may also require elements of English teaching.
- Working hours: 8:30 to 4:30.
- Start date: Monday, 7 September.
- Pay rate: £24,631 to £30,899, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Culture: staff do not take planning or marking home. Two hours PPA each day for planning, preparation, and assessment of learning.
About You
- Experience of tutoring or teaching Psychology.
- Experience working with vulnerable children or children with additional needs.
- A positive and nurturing approach.
- Suitably qualified for the advertised position.
