We are currently recruiting flexible and reliable Supply SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of specialist and mainstream schools in Slough. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and are comfortable working in different classroom environments on a day-to-day basis.

Candidates must be available for morning calls regarding same-day bookings and be able to travel to schools at short notice. Working hours are typically 8:30am to 3:30pm on working days, with pay set at £92.63 per day. You will be expected to support pupils across all age groups and be adaptable in working within different classes and settings depending on where support is required on the day.

Previous SEND experience is highly desirable, although we also welcome applicants with transferable experience from care, support work, youth work or similar backgrounds. Candidates must be comfortable supporting pupils with personal care needs and working with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties.

We are looking for proactive, patient and enthusiastic individuals who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff while providing consistent and compassionate support across different school environments. This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
