Key Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored educational programmes for children with SEND.
- Provide individual and group support to facilitate engagement and participation in classroom activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to create and implement effective learning strategies.
- Monitor and track student progress, reporting any concerns to the class teacher and relevant staff.
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere, encouraging independence and social interaction among students.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in SEND education.
- Relevant experience working in an educational setting, particularly with children with SEND.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the classroom.
