Location: Wolverhampton (WV4) Position Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm) Pay: Starting from £89 per day/ £13.86 per hour Contract: Long-term with the opportunity to go permanent We are currently looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to join a supportive all age school this September. This is a full-time, long-term role offering rewarding work within a welcoming school environment. You will be supporting students with a wide range of needs, including Down\’s syndrome and ADHD, on a 1:1 or small group basis. Your role will be key in helping pupils access learning and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN • Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) • Foster pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development • Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and school staff • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements: • Nursery or school experience is essential • Experience working with children with SEN is essential • Caring, patient, and proactive attitude • Strong communication and teamwork skills • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) This is a great opportunity to join a passionate school team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.
