The predicted salary is between 92.63 - 92.63 £ per hour.
Location: Sutton, Greater London.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term Time Only).
Start Date: Tuesday 1st September.

Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with PMLD, ASD, and complex needs.
- Assist with the delivery of tailored learning activities and sensory-based interventions.
- Support students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to meet individual learning goals.
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required.
- Passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND, PMLD, ASD, severe learning difficulties (SLD), or complex needs.
- Caring, patient, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Willingness to assist with personal care where necessary.
- Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, sensory integration, or alternative communication methods is desirable.
