We are seeking a dedicated and patient individual to step into a rewarding role as a SEND Teaching Assistant. Whether you’re experienced or have the potential to grow into the position, this is your chance to make a real difference! The Role at a Glance: Position: SEND Teaching Assistant Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday Start Date: Trial periods available, with the EHCP expected to be finalised by 21 January 2025. Location: EN% (Barnet) Key Stage 2 classroom, supporting a Year 3 pupil with significant learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support for a Year 3 student working significantly below age-related expectations. Collaborate with the SENCO and class teacher to adapt and implement tailored learning resources and strategies. Offer flexibility to support another pupil in the class with similar challenges, including ASD, ensuring a
rewarding career in SEND education!
